Last Saturday, over a week ago, we went to the Green City Market. While at the market I bought those purple carrots, some lovely ripe tomatoes and two pieces of grass fed, organic sirloin steak. There is not much to say about these steaks. I grilled them, one to medium and one to medium rare as it was a bit thicker. I then topped them with blue cheese and threw them under the broiler for a minute to melt the cheese. We don’t eat steak often, but when we do, it makes us happy. Enjoy with a hearty red wine.
