A few months ago I made a soy marinated tilapia recipe from Kalyn’s Kitchen. Last week while I was at the store, I saw some samlon and immediately though of that soy marinade. I bought some fresh bread and went home and made soy marinated salmon on a bed of sauteed spinach and cherry tomatoes with fresh bread. We also had miso soup with tofu and a little sliced up spinach. Go look up those old recipes and make this soy marinade!
